Arvin Police Activities League (PAL) is a non-profit charitable organization formed in 2008 by the
Arvin Police Department. PAL is about cops and kids getting together and finding common ground, providing opportunities and motivation for children to steer clear of at-risk behaviors. Arvin PAL is a chapter member of the state organization California Police Activities League, allowing the Arvin Police Department access to cutting edge programs and information.
Police officers and other community members volunteer their time as coaches, mentors, role models, and friends to children in the community. PAL provides positive self-esteem, mutual trust, and respect and is designed to have an impact on juvenile delinquency as well as foster positive relationships.

The Arvin Police Activities League is for children ranging from seven to eighteen years of age. The Arvin PAL is committed to providing the youth of Arvin with a safe and positive environment to interact with other children and participate in a range of academic and sports activities.
